Lyndsey was due today, the 11th, but had Tommy 3 weeks early and Caitlin 8 days early. We went down to Alamo Thursday night and stayed til Sunday night and I thought for sure we would be there when this little guy came. Instead we were there when Lyndsey's water broke and she went into labor. We were arriving back in Roseville just as he was born. We can't wait to meet this precious guy, only 2 months younger than Preston. I'm sure they'll be best buds!

Mother's Day

I have looked forward to this day my whole life and couldn't be more grateful to be a mother to this little angel.


I am also so grateful for my own mother who has taught me patience and love and has been a perfect example of motherhood.

First real smile at Mama the day he was 5 weeks old. We've had more smiles since then and it is so fun!

We are loving every minute with our precious boy. He is such a good baby and we couldn't be any more grateful for him.

Father and Son

I've begun to notice that in every picture where Preston is not alone, he is almost always with his dad. We have a few with mom, but because I rarely get ready nowadays, I am taking pictures of Aaron and Preston. A lot of them are similar, but they are so cute!

We have been taking pictures of our little guy like crazy, trying to capture every moment, so here are a few cute ones of the hundreds.

1st Bath

After Preston lost his umbilical cord, at about one week old, we were finally able to give him a real bath! He liked it for the most part, but loves his baths much more now that he is a little more used to it.
