Happy 1st Father's Day to the most incredible father! I always knew Aaron would be a wonderful dad and it is so great to watch him in action. Preston loves him so much and he is so lucky to have such a strong, kind and loving example in Aaron.

Meeting Cousin Luke
We were able to be in Alamo the weekend of Mother's Day and I prayed the whole time that Lyndsey would have her baby while we were in town so we could see him. Instead, she went into labor during our mother's day dinner and we had to leave shortly after her and Matt left to the hospital to come back to Roseville. A week and a half later, Preston and I drove down to meet baby Luke.
He's so tiny!

Luke looks so small next to Preston!
Preston is happy to be in Luke's bouncer
Luke and I played inside while everyone else was outside
Preston was happy to see his Grandpa, too!

Preston's Blessing
On May 2 Preston was blessed. We were so lucky to have much of our family here for the event. Preston was quiet during the whole blessing, putting all of Aaron's fears to rest. Aaron performed the blessing and it was so beautiful.

Outside with my sister Alyssa in back left, then cousin Brianna, cousin Tasia, Aunt Kathy, Aunt Chrissy and Aunt Janet. So glad they all came!
After the blessing we went back to our apartment clubhouse for lunch. Aaron's Aunt Janice (sitting in the chair in the first picture) made an amazing fruit salad, his cousin Amber made delicious potato salad and cookies, my mom made homemade rolls, pasta salad and a green salad and then Aaron's mom and I took care of the cake, meat and cheese platter and drinks. Everyone helped so much and the food was to die for. THANK YOU THANK YOU!

It was truly such a wonderful day.
