2 Wheeler

For Preston's Birthday we got a him a brand new bike, without training wheels! Preston is so excited to learn how to ride it. This was our first day of lessons at the park. He was so happy even though we have a ways to go before he is riding solo.

Preston's First Filling

Poor Preston had his first filling today but he was such a trooper! He seriously did so well, did not cry at all and actually seemed so relaxed I thought he was going to fall asleep. Lucky for him it was just a surface cavity so he didn't have to have a shot! Afterwards we were able to have some Mom and Preston time and get a Jamba Juice. Hopefully we won't have any more of these in the near future!

Baby Lucy plus Papa/Preston's Birthdays

We have been impatiently waiting for Lucy to arrive and she finally did, a week late after being induced! I couldn't wait to get down and meet this little girl and visit Anna and Brett at the hospital. Lucy was born at 3:06am on March 7th, weighed 8lbs 3oz and was 19 3/4in long. The boys and I hopped in the car that afternoon and I went to see her that night with Alyssa.

"Cheers"
 Adorable little family, minus Kayden

Such a pretty girl! Not so sure about the camera in her face.

 Uncle Aaron and Lucy :)
While I was with the baby these boys had a blast in Grammie and Papa's backyard.
I love the beautiful mustard flowers!

We also were able to be there to celebrate Papa's birthday and Preston's birthday with the Coons side of the family. So much fun that their birthday's are so close and now Lucy will be a part of that. We missed Maclaine whose birthday is March 3rd. So many birthday's the first week of March!

Lucy is seriously the most beautiful baby and I just loved being able to cuddle her. I am thankful to my parents and Brett who watched my kids so I could go spend some quality time with Anna and Lucy. I can't wait to get back down to the bay area to cuddle her again!

Preston is 5!

Preston is 5!! We were lucky enough to be hosting preschool on Preston's day
so each of the kids got to decorate their own cupcake and we sang to Preston.

Preston REALLY wanted a Mario cake and I feel like it came together perfectly, particularly the golden Mario on top for Preston's Golden Birthday!!

Later that night we had his party at Chuck E. Cheese's with friends and the Carter side of the family. We had the best time and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to have their party there. They took care of everything and it was so enjoyable for us as parents.

Friends: Clara, Preston Taylor, Wyatt, Joshua, Eric, Mila, Jude, Tanner and Preston
One Happy Boy!
Welcoming out Chuck E. Cheese. I absolutely loved how into everything Tanner was. He is so enthusiastic about everything.
 Making a wish!

Preston's most favorite game, Dead Storm Pirates

We got to bring home this awesome super hero card!

Happy Birthday to my sweet Preston! At 5 years old you seem so grown up to me even though you are still so young. You obsess over games and we have to reel you in on that but you are so smart you are actually really good at them. You are already starting to read. You love writing and having me spell things to you so you can write it yourself. You also love numbers and counting and can easily do basic addition. You love to jump on the trampoline with your brother, swing on the swings and be active. You are loving the lego set you got for your birthday. You keep putting it together and taking it apart to do it again. You love drawing and we go through markers like crazy. You are a sweet heart and love cuddling with mom and dad. Those are our favorite times. You are loved and treasured more than you can imagine. We love you!
